Returns and Refunds Policy
The British Seed Company Returns Policy:
The British Seed Company strive to supply the best quality products available on the market today. However, should you choose to return your item, The British Seed Company will be happy to accept returns based on the following conditions:
- The Breeder pack must not be opened, all seeds sent back must be in the sam original condition as when bought.
- Returns must arrive at the British Seed Co within 28 days of the original purchase date.
- When returning seeds or products please email us first and let us know you are returning your seeds, along with the order number, along with reason for return.
- Send recorded delivery to the address we provide you in our response email.
- We are not responsible for paying postage on returns.
- Refunds will be made to the original source of payment unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds can take up to 15 working days.
